Creamy Philly Pasta

Overall, I'd say we're healthy eaters. We don't count calories and we don't skip putting butter on our veggies but we eat a pretty balanced diet. This pasta recipe is one that is always a huge hit at our house and my daughter and niece beg me to make it! I won't lie, it has a few steps but in the end, it's totally worth it! Introducing my version of...creamy Philly pasta!!

15 min Banana Nutella Muffins!!!

A family favourite in this house is mommy's banana muffins. They're not just regular muffins though. Inside there is a hidden drop of nutella that take these muffins to the next level! And honestly I don't mind making them because it literally takes 15 min to make and 15 min to cook. Super easy!

Set your over to 375 degrees.

All you need is:

4 brownish bananas
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
splash of vanilla

1.5 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda

Jar of Nutella

Mix the bananas, margarine, sugar and vanilla. Then add the flour salt and baking soda.

Put your muffin liners in the tray and use one spoonful of batter in each one. It should only fill the bottom of the liner. This is where you add a small scoop of nutella. Just add a little bit because it melts as it cooks. Add another spoonful of batter to cover the nutella completely. At this point the liner should almost be full.

Pop them in the oven for about 15 minutes. Depending on your oven, they should be ready between 15-20 min. Let them cool because the nutella inside will be hot and melty!

We make sure bananas are always on our grocery list. Super cheap, super easy. Makes about 12 muffins.

Enjoy!!!

Easy Chicken Stew

In this house, leftovers equals stew. And stew equals easy cooking night!!! Once a week we have either roast chicken or roast beef. On our mini rotisserie, it NEVER gets dull. Always delicious. But because we're a family of 3, we never finish a full roast. So, what do you do with the leftovers? The answer is almost always STEW!
